Join Emily Robinson as she guides you through a Restorative Yin Yoga practice to help calm your mind and soothe your body. Each pose will be held anywhere from 1-5 minutes to help you release tension and tightness throughout your body. You are encouraged to use yoga props, pillows & blankets to help support you in the poses.
This is a 60 minute Yin practice to down regulate the nervous system. Perfect for before bed or when you need a break in the day. You’ll need a bolster, 2 blocks, a blanket and a strap.
