Relaxation Yoga at Amana

Relaxation Yoga at Amana

Our relaxation yoga is designed to help you facilitate a mind body connection in a more subtle way. Yin and Restorative Classes are great for increasing flexibility, lowering stress and promoting the relaxation response in the body (by dropping you into your parasympathetic nervous system). This category also includes conscious breathing techniques and meditations (both of these will also improve your more active practice by increasing lung capacity and focus).
